Telephony service is completely IP based utilizing the Startel Soft Switch, which includes, Queuing, Routing, Prioritization, Voicemail, IVR, Call Logging, E-Fax, and more. For an additional cost, Secure Messaging apps and Appointment Scheduling system are available as well.

TELEPHONE SERVICE:
